Local service area diagram An illustrative map grid. A business profile sits at the centre of a service area marked by search radius rings. Nearby points show profile elements in managed and needs-attention states, and one area is marked as a target zone. The diagram is a concept illustration and does not show customer data. Managed Needs attention Unmonitored

The two states a profile lives in

Your profile is working either way. The question is who's steering it.

Customers are searching for your trade in your service area right now. They see whatever your profile happens to say today, next to whatever your competitors have bothered to keep current.

Neglected

  • Incomplete information
  • Inconsistent activity
  • Unanswered reviews
  • Weak service presentation
  • Unmonitored changes

Actively managed

  • Accurate
  • Complete
  • Current
  • Monitored
  • Conversion-ready

This compares two states of profile management. It isn't a claim about results, rankings, or customer outcomes.

How it works

Four stages. You approve everything before it goes live.

  1. 01 / AUDIT

    We take the profile apart

Categories, services, description, hours, service area, attributes, links, photos and reviews. Plus a look at three competitors showing up beside you. You get a written baseline.

  2. 02 / APPROVE

    You review the recommendations

Every material change comes to you first as a prioritized list. Nothing factual about your business gets published until you sign off on it.

  3. 03 / OPTIMIZE

    We implement what you approved

Changes go in through authorized manager access on your profile. We log what changed and when, so you have a before-and-after record.

  4. 04 / MANAGE

    Then somebody watches it

Posts, review responses, accuracy checks and change monitoring, every month. Google and the public can both suggest edits to your listing. Someone has to catch those.

FAQ

Straight answers.

Can you guarantee a top-three ranking?

No, and nobody can. Google decides what appears in local results, and it weighs signals outside anyone's control, including how close the searcher is standing to your shop. We work on the parts of the profile you can control and we show you exactly what changed. Anyone promising you a fixed position is guessing.

Why does my profile need monthly management?

Because it decays. Hours change, services change, reviews come in, posts age out, and competitors keep updating their own listings. Google also allows edits to be suggested on your profile by the public and by its own systems. Left alone, a profile drifts out of date and nobody tells you.

Who owns my Google Business Profile?

You do. It stays in your Google account, under your ownership, the entire time. If we stop working together you remove our access and keep everything, including the content we produced for you.

What access do you require?

Authorized manager access to your Google Business Profile, granted by you from inside your own account. Manager access lets us edit the profile. It cannot transfer ownership, and you can revoke it at any time.

Do you need my Google password?

No. We will never ask for it, and you should never give it to any vendor. Manager access is granted through Google's own permission system, not by handing over credentials.

When does work begin?

After payment, a completed intake, and manager access. Initial optimization is delivered within five business days after payment, completed intake, manager access, and the required information are received.

What happens if Google rejects an edit?

It happens, and it's normal. Google reviews changes to fields like categories, business names and service areas, and it can reject or roll one back. When that happens we adjust the approach, resubmit where it makes sense, and note it in your change record. Google has the final say on what gets published.

Can you manage multiple locations?

Yes. Each location is a separate profile with its own reviews, photos, categories and competitors, so each one is scoped and priced separately. Email Cole with your location count and you'll get a written scope back.

Can I cancel monthly management?

Yes. It's month-to-month. Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be billed again. A billing period that has already started isn't refunded retroactively. Full terms are on the Refund and Cancellation Policy page.

Is this the same as traditional SEO?

No. Traditional SEO works on your website. This works on your Google Business Profile, a separate surface with its own fields, its own content types and its own review system. The two support each other, and the work is different.
